Thank you to the awesome team at AIHE!

Wow what a fantastic night!! The team at Australian Institute of Hotel Engineers (AIHE) have completely blown us away with their incredible support.

Not only did they donate on the night of our presentation a few weeks ago, they also organised an amazing online auction, which also gave Mauro a ‘once in a lifetime’ opportunity to drive at 200km’s per hour with race car driver Steve Richards, thanks to Laser Plumbing Vermont!

Tonight AIHE invited us to their meeting which included the live auction for Chiara. Huge shout out to all the hotels and their suppliers who donated the items for the auction, amazing! The auction was hilarious, so much fun banter between the members, the entire room belly-laughing many times! The raffle tickets were also drawn: 1st prize: 2 nights at The Grand Hyatt, 2nd prize a night at The Stamford Hotel, along with a selection of mystery prizes. Happy winners all around!!

Mauro and I were so grateful to be a part of it all, it’s people like this that remind us what it possible when a community gets together and provides hope for someone in need. I didn’t quite get to say as much as I wanted to (a few tears got in the way!), but I wanted to thank each and every one of them for making such an inspiring effort, and more importantly for their encouragement, goodwill and support as we try and unfold a miracle for Chiara. So to everyone at AIHE, Mauro and I send our heartfelt thanks and gratitude.

Chiara is one lucky girl to have such a wonderful support crew. We will definitely keep you updated with Chiara’s progress and achievements, and I have no doubt she will be able to thank you for her self one day.

Thanks again for the wonderful generosity.

Love Natalie, Mauro, Grace and little Chiara xo
